Ppwk was submitted 10/09/12 afternoon, was approved by my insurance 10/10/12 and faxed to surgeon by 4:00PM. Woo Hoo! Office called today and scheduled my surgery for

Friday, November 2nd.

I am so freaking excited. I cannot wait. I have been approved to take 3 weeks LOA from work so I will return after Thanksgiving.

liquid diet starts 10/27/12.

Congrads fyi I would practice eating without drinking. I hve my date of 10/29 I hve done this only ate lean cuisiane drank 64 oz Water daily and I lost 10 pounds no sweets, sodas, or tea. I was amazed good luck
