Pookeyism 1,143 Posted October 12, 2012 I don't care for breakfast foods in the morning, actually I dont care for food at all in the morning, BUT if I have my druthers, it would a slice of smoked, unsalted ham - or hummus and feta cheese - or some olives.< /p> I DO get in nutrition, but generally it is from a protien shake. 1 ArtSong reacted to this
Ready4success 380 Posted October 12, 2012 Someone from here turned me onto 3 TBSP cottage cheese and 1/4 of avocado with pepper. It tastes so good, I want to eat it for lunch and dinner too. 1 funkeechiggen reacted to this

Donedeal091212 5 Posted October 12, 2012 I like breakfast foods for breakfast. But that website does have so many interesting recipes. Thanks for the info.
BizTraveller 101 Posted October 12, 2012 Not really low cal, but a nice change of pace is corned beef hash. It is extremely easy on a sleeve, and tastes like amazing after a couple months on shakes and scrambled eggs. You need to fry it hard and put a good crust on it. Check the stats. Not as bad as you expect for a quarter cup. Sent from my iPad using VST
