David B Smith 1 Posted October 12, 2012 My wife is in the puréed stage and needed just a few grams of Protein to hot the goal for the day. She grabbed some Peanut Butter (apparently a very bad idea). Does anyone have tips on simple things that she could grab that last few grams of protein that are within the diet regs, that are basically no prep, just grab and eat?
