Protein Shakes?

K so I am 3 weeks out and my dietitian is stressing that I need Protein. I can have cicken and stuff like that now but I still need Protein Shakes are there any that you like that are flavored in other flavors like no chocolate, vanilla or strawberry also how can I get more exercise

Unjury has an unflavored you can add to your current drink. I am pre-sleeve but I drink a lot of Protein Drinks. nectar has a BUFFET of flavors to choose from. You can even purchase them in individual packs to try them out. Hope this helps.

If you hate shakes you can always go the bar route. I eat Protein Bars instead cause i hate the taste of shakes. I found these awesome bars by Cliff they range from 15-30 grams in each bar. I buy a variety cause some days I can eat more than One Bar others i am just not in the mood to eat so i eat the 30 gram bar. They taste supper yummy too.

Thanks for the tip Ella!!! I can't do any of the drink powders or shakes. Just the thought makes my stomach turn. Definitely gonna look into the bars!

Just be very careful with the bars, they tend to be very high calorie.

Other options for Protein are

Hemp Protein powder. I mix this with 4oz of mango purée & 2-4oz of water- tastes great.

Greek yogurt, it has tons of Protein.

unjury chicken Soup flavor. It teases like the broth from ramen Soup.

String cheese

And of course tuna, and the like. Hope this helps.
