Right now until I see my doctor next week (one month sleeved) I've been doing a lot of walking & some hand weights. Afraid to do any abs until he gives me the ok.

I was 3 weeks out this monday and tried a zumba class on tuesday , Lets just say I was not ready ... So I would be intrested in the responses to this question

I am 3 weeks out and just started doing yoga again. I have a game for my Xbox with the kinect. It is not very intense but you can feel it in your muscles when holding the positions.

I'm 4 weeks out and tried zumba yesterday and my body told me that I wasn't ready for it. My stomach started to cramp while I was doing it so I'm just gonna stick to walking for a couple more weeks.
