Yes mam they are gonna sag! I am down 81 lbs since my sleeve on June 18 and I have went from a 48 DD (it was so tight that it was cutting me in half) to a 42 c long, but I told my husband when I reach goal (78 more lbs) I'm getting some 16 yr old boobies!
