So I'm having my surgery October 30 PROVIDED I lose the remaining 14 lbs I have to lose by my pre-op appointment OCTOBER 22!!!! Yikes! So my NUT put me on a Protein shake-only diet. My wife starts a new job Nov. 1 so I can't do November, and after that my next option with my schedule is February. So here goes nothing!
