Hi friends. how many ounces of Fluid can I drink in one meal if I'm drinking a Protein shake..I feel like I could drink it all but haven't dared not knowing what the appropriate amount is

This is often a topic of discussion. I have not had any issues drinking volumes larger than my stomach. It just passes thru. Others in our group have a hard time. I would sip sip sip 1st and see how you feel.

It is not uncommon to not feel restriction. Just don't guzzle as it still needs to work thru your stomach.
