O.T.R. sleever 3,386 Posted October 9, 2012 I hear a lot of people talking about too much air getting in while eating. How can you avoid that? Air is all around us... Small bites & chew thoroughly. A little air is inevitable as it will mix with your saliva, but taking your time will minimize excess air.
cmaloney 151 Posted October 9, 2012 Thanks! That's what I do, but I guess I need to take even smaller bites..
gmanbat 5,889 Posted October 9, 2012 Taking time between swallows is something I've done since the beginning. When I first forced the Water down I noticed that a small burp occured after each swallow. Now I wait for them before the next bite. They don't always come but I give them time. Pookeyism 1,143 Posted October 9, 2012 Small bites, spaced out, and watch your posture, too PS - avoid mixing your liquids with your food. PPS - I burped sooo much for several months, and still do to an extent...
