Connorsmom 1 Posted October 2, 2006 This has happened about 4 times and three of them in the middle of the night. I get this tight, burning in my sternum and back - it radiates, feels better if I stand up and almost gets tight in my jaw. Lasts for maybe 5-10 minutes then goes away. seppi 0 Posted October 2, 2006 I had my gallbladder out a few months ago. Standing didn't help and the attacks lasted for quite a while. I have also developed reflux and it sounds pretty much like what you are experiencing. Could you be too tight? My reflux developed after a tight fill and hasn't really gone away yet.
