I am really nervous, can anyone give me an idea what happens at this appointment, what questions i will be asked etc. so i can try and relax. Pookeyism 1,143 Posted October 8, 2012 Be prepared to be a participant in this meeting. Speak up, speak out, ask questions, expect solid answers. Take notes, ask for literature. If you have a question as your doc is takling - jot down a quick reminder of what went through your mind. The doc should not mind. Perhaps he would let you record the conversation, or do so anyway. Thank you [/quote'] Just saw your oat and wondered how you did. I was just one you. Nervous and all the other feelings that go along with it. The most difficult question for me was "how my life was going to change with weight loss". I am still contemplating that one. I often wonder if they ask the same questions.
