kristikay 60 Posted October 8, 2012 I love Chobani greek yogurt. I have never seen that flavor but will have to look for it. I like to put 1/4 c lowfat granola on it and it is kind of like fruit crisp although nutritionist says after surgery won't be able to do that, maybe again someday. Cookeeeeez 269 Posted October 8, 2012 They are usually in a fairly big container for a single serve, but remember that there are good and bad carbs. Yoghurt has lots of other goodies in it and works really well as a swap for ice cream and other naughties I think it tastes a LOT better than other dairy yogurts, as I'm eating yoplait right now I wish I were eating chobani instead! Our products tend to use a lot more preservatives, additives and gunk for example almost all of our cheese is orange in color. I miss going to Coles and Woolies I never thought I would say it 1 Cookeeeeez reacted to this
