4 Days And Emotional!

I am 4 days out after surgery and I am completely starving and emotional!! Anyone have any words of wisdom?

I am not sleeved yet, but from everything I and I am sure you have read it will get better. liquids suck, nit food ( though much less) is on the horizon! This is just the beginning to a brand new healthier, happier you!!

you are not alone. We all felt this at one time or another. I am now 1 month out and it has been easier than I thought it would be. Think positive and think of what your life will be like when you lose all that weight!!!
