COsleeveDude 273 Posted October 7, 2012 Six months since start of pre-surgery program, three months since surgery. Down 80 lbs. My biggest suggestion at this point would be to lift weights. It helps keep the good weight up and really starts to reshape your body. And if you've lifted in the past your body remembers quickly. Good luck to all. COsleeveDude 273 Posted October 9, 2012 Oh, and btw, the post title was sarcastic. Just happened to notice the way I held the phone gave me the Iron Man chest light look, and I happened to take the pic in the gym weight room because I have no full length mirrors in my small apartment. I'm glad you mentioned that. I freely admit that I thought you meant that you completed an Iron man. But now that you pointed it out, I can see the sarcasm. And I dig sarcasm. I'm fluent in that, English, profanity and innuendo. Lol. 1 COsleeveDude reacted to this

I'm not much for endurance sports, at least not to that extreme. I'd add some profanity and innuendo, but I'm not allowed to say **** on here, or talk about *** ****** and ****** ******. 1 rdoactv reacted to this
