Hello Everyone!

So herer I am...I am really doing this! I have been like a yo-yo since my son was born almost 25 years ago. I am healthy...eat very healthy, but too much and have splurged lately...also i have not moved as much as I did before. Anyway, after trying every diet out there and then just eating super healthy I still keep gaining. I am a holistic doctor and surgery was the last thing on my mind, but the band seems to be somwhere in between.

Nov. 7 is the BIG day! I am so happy to have found you!
