TheNewSusie 471 Posted November 11, 2012 I'm in my second stall, stuck btw 202-204, some people say I should eat more but I always follow my doctors rules. 6-800 calories a day, 60-80 Protein, 10-15 cups of Water. 30 fats and 40 carbs (usually its way less) . I work in a restaurant and go to the gym 4-5 times a week. Any suggestions would be great!

Example: if you eat 700 calories one day, eat 5-600 the next. Maybe try doing the same with carbs too. It seems to help me a lot doing that. It could help you. Also, doing some crazy change up in your exercise routine might help. For example, instead of getting on the elliptical try jogging on the treadmill. Or try going for a hike. The key is to trick your body with something it is not used to. Interval training also is pretty effective because it alternates between moderate and hard cardio; again, giving your body variation and keeping it guessing at what is next. Good luck.
