Today I went for lunch, cause I reeeeally felt like caesar salad. It was huge, but I ate as much as I could. Verrry slowly. Same as anything else, whilst eating with people I don't want to notice, I'll pick something easy. salad was pretty easy, so's Soup. I used to be able to get away with the lasagna/caesar combo, but not anymore You could always order an appetizer... something that you know is fairly small. ? DeltaDawn 0 Posted October 29, 2006 Hi Guys, Thanks for all the support and nice comments. I think I average around 1000 calories a day give or take - certainly I am not counting and measuring. I am now working out 5 mornings a week (24 minutes... yeah I can't quite make myself do 25 yet) and then 3 times a week I walk home from work - only 1 k but it helps. Also I am really picky about things like no pop, never drinking with meals and stuff like that. It also helps that my hubby decided to take off the extra 20 lbs he had. So he too has lost that!! All that said and done, today was a rough day. I was making spider Cookies for my daughters daycare class - which consist of oreo Cookies, licorice, frosting and smarties... oh my!!!! I am sure I was over 1000 calories today!!! I guess for me I have been lucky. I have had no adverse effects - I only vomited 1 time and never had the slime others have been talking about at all. So... I just keep telling myself that it will slow down soon, but I am really going to enjoy it while it is working like this. Thanks guys (p.s.
