I would LOVE to make 8lbs this month.... so that's my goal. Making me 209.8lbs. My goal is also to join a gym this month, hopefully VERY soon. As soon as I'm feeling 100% better from my bronchitis. Devana 0 Posted October 2, 2006 OK, this is the same as I'm posting on the June thread: 1200 cals, 64 oz Water and at least 20 min exercise per day. And for this I hope to lose 8 lbs, not a measly 5 like I did in Sept. And I've started the month off with a bang. It's 6 pm and I've done NO exercise today. However, tomorrow is a brand new day. Lila 0 Posted October 2, 2006 Yoda, I don't think I could handle once a week..It is stressful just thinking about it. I'd only be able to do that if I forgot my scale at home when I went on vacation! The times when I have not weighed myself everyday I have been out of control with my eating and it is easier for me to be in denial and binge.
