Hello everyone!

I am so glad to have found a group for people with lap-bands from any Dr.!

I am scheduled for mine on November 7 with Dr. Rumbaut. I know Jackye is scheduled for the same day Anyone else? I am a bit nervous since I will be going alone... Anyone out there had their band put in by Dr. Rumbaut?

Angela, I was banded by Dr. R in January, '06. Even going alone, you'll be fine! My husband was with me, but honestly, he didn't do anything for me that I couldn't do for myself...or get someone in the hotel, hospital, Dr. R's team, etc, to do for me if necessary.

Dr. R and his team are terrific! I'd love to go back just to say hello and thank you for doing such a terrific job.
