Piplula 709 Posted October 6, 2012 So..just have to rant a little about my thighs. I am super proud of my transformation this far. If you haven't see my pictures, check out my 6 th month anniversary pictures. Anyway..I was doing my yoga exercises in a downward dog position and looked my thighs....OMGoodness...skin and skin. But I have started jogging so I am seeing some muscle there too! And I am definitely going to add weights to the regiment..so maybe I will get some definition...
