dlinnh 44 Posted October 6, 2012 I haven't been sleeved yet, but maybe you should think of it as for every ounce/pound lost is an ounce/pound you WILL NEVER GAIN BACK AGAIN Isn't that nice. Bet you couldn't say that before. By the end of the month, add up all those ounces/pounds you have lost so far and I'll bet you will be happy. I only hope I can follow my same words for myself, as I know I am a slow loser - I mean really slow. Good luck 1 tabbymonroe reacted to this
LaBelle509 326 Posted October 6, 2012 I feel the same way! but the reality is, every pound lost is a step toward my goal. I get so caught up in other people's pace, that I am not noticing my success so far. We are all going to lose differently. I just make sure that I am doing the right thing (protein, Water, low carb, low fat, low calorie) and my body will do the rest. Hang in there, we are slowly but surely getting close to our goal 3 tabbymonroe, SkinnyMinnie2Be and Kdedeo reacted to this

Catracks 865 Posted October 16, 2012 My surgery was 6 months ago and I am down 20 pounds and can eat more then 1 cup of anything-help! You need to see your nutritionist. We do have the restriction, but we still have to eat the right things. Can you give us a sample daily menu? Are you logging everything you eat or drink on Myfitnesspal or Fitday.com? How much weight do you have to lose? What is your starting BMI? 1 tabbymonroe reacted to this
