Ljp 157 Posted October 6, 2012 2 lbs lean hamburger meat (or turkey)----brown & drain. 1 onion chopped 1 can of ranch style Beans 1 can of pinto Beans 3 cans of minestrone Soup 1 can Rotel 1 can of corn (optional) Layer each in crock pot & cook 4-5 hours.
