I am day 5 on my preop diet and excited! I had lost 9-10 lbs before starting. Up to 14lbs lost. Put an XL tshirt from a work summer function that didn't fit two years ago - fits!! Yesterday I was told to stop taking pre diabetes meds and that I won't need them now. Also chorestorel meds got it to 200 from 250.

So happy and not even sleeved!!
