Exactly ladies!! The surgery IS not the key to the weight loss, because you can have the surgery and if not eating right and exercising the weight will just come back!! I look at it as a jump start. I decided to do this because of my health. If I don't I don't know how long I will last. But I know that the surgery is just the start. I have to change my eating habits and make it a lifestyle!! I just hate the negative connotation that usually comes from people who haven't had to struggle to stay fit and grown upon it. I have decided to tell 3 people and that's a big maybe. I'm still torn over the decision.

I too thought about being asked and feeling like I'm lying if asked what did I do to lose the weight and I reply "eat right and work out". But like you all said.....it's not a lie. Just half truth. Lol!!
