GB Sleeve 0 Posted October 5, 2012 Some energy bars are high in carbs. If it's low carb under 22 and high in protien 20g it would be fine. I do five small meals a day three are bars that have13g carbs and 11g Protein in each. JUst remember 60g protein a day and try to keep daily carbs around 65g calories around 600 and you'll peel off the weight. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
