Ok so I've been cleared for full liquids which means adding creamy Soups and drinkable yogurt! Had a yogurt today and my stomach did not like it at all!!! Most creamy soups have milk, and I've tried soy milk and its not a lot better!! Any suggestions??

Probiotics have helped out with my lactose intolerance.

Have you tried the Almond Milk? That might help, and probiotics are over the counter ;)

When you make potato Soup and a lot of other creamy Soups you use milk. Also it adds Protein.< /p>
