Calcium Citrate Vitamins... Chewables Vs Tablet

Hi guys just wondering if anyone is taking their Calcium tablets whole or chewable. I want to take petite tablets because I'm tired of chewables. Plz help! Need to buy more and debating what to get.

You really have to watch the ones from the stores alot of them are Calcium D and not calcium citrate. I could not find any in the stores I had to order mine on line.

Bariatric Advantage has calcium citrate chews that are pretty good. Almost all other chews I saw are actually Calcium Carbonate, which isn't absorbed as easily.

Even the Citrical gummies are actually Calcium carbonate.

I am 4 months out and I talke the petites (Wagreen's calcium citrate + D3 Petites). I take 3 at lunch and 2 at night. much cheaper than chewable, and my doc said not to take tummies.
