female only Dry Skin & Hair

I talked to my doctor today about having dry skin and hair. My surgery was on the 11th of September, so I'm still fairly new to this and still in the healing process. Because of this, as explained by the doc, my body is still focused on healing my stomach.

With that being said he recommended getting fish oil pills if this continues 3 months from my surgery date. Hopefully I can go without taking another pill, but if not I'll give that a go.
