Lucky Lady 702 3 Posted October 2, 2012 I was at a stall for a little over 2 months mabye longer I stepped on the scale 2 days ago and was so happy because I had lost 5lbs. I step on the scale today and I'm back to the weight I was stalled at I'm a little frustrated has anyone experienced this?? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
NJSleeveboy 212 Posted October 3, 2012 I have already and i'm only 3 weeks in total... I experienced it a a lot during my life. Research it. You need to really weigh yourself once a week and ideally in the morning and nude. Your body changes weight each day based upon many factors that affect Fluid retention, etc.. So, that is normal. I do go on it a few times a day and can vary 1.5 pounds in same day.. hawkihoops 20 Posted October 3, 2012 I am a Water retainer big time and it is sooooo frustrating. I also am a slave to the scale, but I try to use it as a tool. Set yourself a weigh in day and time as PP said and only "count" that as official.
