So I've been having trouble getting all my Vitamins in. I'm 2.5 weeks out. This morning I decided to add the vitamins to my Protein Shake. I threw everything in the blender and drank the Protein. I am wondering if this is okay? Am I still getting the value of all the vitamins?

My doctor sent me a letter saying I needed Vitamin D, so I got liquid Vitamin D and a Liquid multi - its harsh to drink alone but mixing it works the just same. I just take a shot of it and get it over with incase i dont drink all my smoothie

If you need to produce vitamind D you need sleep and sun, Vitamins alone will not help. You body cannot use Vitamin d directly from "source" it has to convert it.
