pappie022 5 Posted October 2, 2012 E all live cheese cake right? Well some of us do. Anyhow before surgery I discovered graham crackers spread with cream cheese is a good alternative to cheese cake. 2 Frza and JerseyGirl68 reacted to this
Getting There 198 Posted October 2, 2012 Try taking equal amounts of cottage cheese, ricotta cheese, and cream cheese (all low fat of couse) and a "dallop" of low fat sour cream or lemon flavored yogurt. Add some sweetner of your choice (I like Nectresse - it's natural and has the consistency and flavor of sugar). Add a few drops of lemon juice and a bit of lemon zest. Blend until smooth. Eat "as is" during puree and soft/mushy stages; spread on graham crackers later. UMMM Good! 1 hawkihoops reacted to this
Supersweetums 1,164 Posted October 2, 2012 You could also try the Jello sugar free pudding mix cheesecake flavor spread on graham crackers, maybe a little sweeter than straight cream cheese. Sounds yummy thought, I will have to try it!
KristieAtkinson 589 Posted October 2, 2012 I take plain chobani & add sugar free Jello cheesecake. 1/2 a package. It thickens up & tastes just like cheesecake. Gives me 16 Protein. :-) 5 Jdavis12, TakeCareGirl, diedie and 2 others reacted to this

NDN_RN 527 Posted October 3, 2012 Good luck today! It's the beginning of your new life. Happy birthday! Done did it! Surgery done at 10. Had to stay in RR until 2 due to a bed shortage. I am in my room now, been sleeping since I got here. The Roxicat knocks me on my butt. Pain is ok. Just in upper left abdomen. Feels Like the stitches pain you get after running fast. Drinking 30 cc Water every 15 minutes while awake. No nausea at all. Exvept for the being so sleepy and the tolerable pain, i feel pretty good. So far so good ! Thank you for all your healing thought and prayers. Just Do It!!! 5 firebelle10, Allsmiles45, krisq16 and 2 others reacted to this

And then walk some more. It helps so much with the gas pains - which helps with the left side pains, etc. I know you'll do great! 1 NDN_RN reacted to this
