stellabug321 51 Posted October 2, 2012 Hi all I was on here the other day, asking about what I needed to do to break my nice 3 week plus stall and it finally happened! I added a Protein shake on Sunday in the morning for Breakfast and I've lost 4lbs woot woot! Finally gunna hot the high 250s but I'm so happy! 3 months out with deep Water running and some weights, I'm gunna do this! Sleever I've had a shake once a day in the morning since Sunday and holy it helps fill you up and really seemed to help and it's only been 3 days! Thanks for letting me share![/quote'] I saw that post too, and made sure to count all of my Protein and fluids going in to make sure I was hitting the requirements.
