BlueOctoberGirl 111 Posted October 1, 2012 Hey Guys, I just had to share. I have tried every Protein drink on the market. I am just shy of 2 years out. I ordered Real Meals powder and I like it. I got the vanilla and mixed it with Light vanilla soy milk. In 8oz I am getting 39 grams of Protein. Not bad...So excited to be getting in what my body needs. Just had to share. If you tried everything this one is good. No I dont work for them and paid full price! lol 3 kimmy*custis, CoolBreeze and coexist23 reacted to this
Ms skinniness 3,003 Posted October 1, 2012 i have been very fortunate to like Premier shakes at costco. i don't think I would be able to get my Protein requirements in otherwise. You have done very well with your weight loss! Congrats! I'm also 5'6" and I can't get below 146 on the good days. Now I find myself reverting back to old eating patterns and eating when I'm not hungry. I've got to get a grip. how do you handle these times?
BlueOctoberGirl 111 Posted October 1, 2012 Thank you! I have a trick while I am at work. Protein bars are really heavy and filling for me. I take them and cut them up in bit sized pieces. When I feel I need to munch I grab a piece. I have been doing this for over a year. I hope this helps. It really does keep me full and helps with getting the Protein in also )

I work midnights and its hard for me to work 12 hrs and not eat anything cuz it's so late. But that wud probably help me more than hurt me so I think I'll try that! Thanks! I work nights on the weekends and have a hard time getting in protein as well as food (dinner is a challenge). If you have to "snack" on something, might as well make it worth it. BTW, why are so many Protein Bars chocolate? Is most of the protein in chocolate?
