cmaloney 151 Posted October 1, 2012 Sleeved on 9/17 & back to work. I was a little worried because I live in New York & anyone who is familiar with the city knows the commute can be like a cage fight! Lol. But, I did it!! All the subway stairs I have to walk up wasn't bad at all. Now I just hope my energy lasts the whole day... 2 SML1997 and Joisey01 reacted to this
kczar 166 Posted October 1, 2012 Great job! I think getting back into your routine helps so much with recovering from any surgery. Just make sure you don't get too crazy for the first six weeks (no lifting heavy objects) and you'll be fine.
SML1997 308 Posted October 1, 2012 That's awesome!!! Congratulations. That morning commute/cage fight to work certainly is good excercise for you. Especially going up and down the stairs. Good for the circulation. Protein, protein, protein...lol

cmaloney 151 Posted October 1, 2012 Thanks guys! There was a lot of anxiety over that hurdle. Wow! Congrats on getting back to work so quickly yourself! That's awesome .. Now I need the scale to move a little faster....still stalling. Just spoke with NUT. & she said that's perfectly normal... ( never good at waiting)
