You need some fresh fruits in your diet! If you are worried about carbs get fruit from the low end of the glycemic index! Blackberries, cranberries are low. Strawberries, watermelon, cantaloupe, peaches, honeydo, apples are all mediums.

But really. As long as you are eating fresh foods I wouldn't worry so much about sugars. It's when you start eating Cookies, donuts all the "bad" foods would I worry about sugars!

You do need to be careful. The sugars can add up, even if its 'good sugar.' Are you losing weight ok? If so, go ahead and add some fruit.

If your weight loss stops (and you aren't in a 'body readjusting stall' where you are still losing inches) then make sure you aren't eating too many sugars from your fruit.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive).
