I have lost 16kg before surgery and 18kg since surgery.Total lost 34kg.Im a work in progress, still quite a lot to loose. I would love to hit the 99kg mark before January 1st 2014. sanks51 214 Posted December 4, 2013 Howzit guys, I'm a South African (living in the UK.. Does that still count?) I was sleeved on 16 February and have lost 53.3kgs.. I still have a lot to go.. Halfway there! How lovely to have other South Africans to chit chat too!! My dad is making peppermint crisp pudding for his Christmas dinner-I was like that's serious torture dad!!
