I can't remember what the doc said and it's not covered in the book if you ever get to stop any of them.

daily supplements:

• Biotin 10,000mcg
  
• Calcium x3
  

other meds:

• omeprazole 40mg
  
• zyrtec 10mg
  
• singulair 10mg
  
• miralax
  

My other med list used to include 2 bp meds, 3 diabetic meds, 1 cholesterol pill and 2 anti-depressants! My pill sorter is still full but at least it's all vitamins/supplements!
