I just found some great recipes for shakes and hot beverages at torani.com, davincigourmet.com and monin.com. There are several great sugar-free syrups on their sites that aren't offered in local stores.

I really like Davinci! I have also heard a lot of good things on Torani. http://theworldaccordingtoeggface.blogspot.com/ uses torani a lot.
