Ok so how do you get all your Water in? That has been one of my biggest problems!! I'm almost 4 months out. I only get about 24/ 36 oz Water in. :( what do you use to measure/ track everything?

I keep a 44 oz plastic gas station cup on my desk at work. My goal every day is to fill it first thing when I get to work and make sure that I finish it before I leave for the day. Between a cup of Decaf coffee in the morning and what I drink when I get home... I easily get my water in. Keep in mind I almost never drink plain ol' water. I cant even gag down a glass. I use mio, decaf ice tea, sugar free drink mixes. I log everything on myfitnesspal.com. It is free on your phone or online. My name is hollirrose if you set up an account!
