Lost 16pounds in week one....nothing after that....im walking...gettn in Proteins and liquids...i guess our bodies r adjusting to the surgery need to give it some time.... Pookeyism 1,143 Posted September 29, 2012 Dont rely on the scale, weight loss is a very complex thing, and the body can hold back other things that have mass, and therefore weight. It is entirely possible to lose inches, actually typical, and the scale not move much at all. Get a tshirt and a pair of long shorts or tights - get them purposefully too tight - very snug.
