smdriver 1 Posted September 29, 2012 Sweet tea? Sweet Snacks? Will they hurt me? Soft drinks unsweetened? I was sleeved on 8/27/2012. I am still loosing so far no stalls. Yay! I excercise a lot. I live in a small town so I never drive anywhere unless I have a lot to tote. Will my cheats catch up with me? Or will it be ok as long as I don't let it get out of hand. Its mostly just the tea. My taste buds have changed drastically. I wonder does it have anything to do with eating slower?
Squisha 99 Posted September 29, 2012 I am 6 months out, every once in a while i will eat sweets, but i make sure to keep track of it on my fitness pal. I count and measure every little bite if it is something unhealthy.
my time 9 Posted September 29, 2012 Sounds like you already know the answer to that question. Why risk it?
Cookeeeeez 269 Posted September 29, 2012 It's a case of if you need these to stop you eating worse foods, then ok. But sugar replacements can be bad for you and can still trigger insulin causing continued problems with obesity. It's your choice at what level have you swapped or just eating them out of habit? Find a compromise that works for you and get some exercise good luck
