Hello everyone I am being sleeved in Tijuana next Friday today was day one of the liquid diet and I must say it is a challenge. I hope it gets a lil easier as the days go by. I have actually had an ok day but it is still hard. In 7 days I will be on the sleeved side of life!! Just wanted to give an update Have a blessed day!!

Good luck to you! I'm one week on the other side and it has been fine! You can do anything for a week!

You can do this! Agree the liquid diet was torture but this is for your benefit. Now pat yourself on the back for doing well thus far and continue on.
