Im So Weak Now, Only 4 Months Out

I used to be able to do 135 lb bench press 3 sets of 8 preop. Now i can do just 6 reps on my first set. I admit to not eating much Protein the first 3 months and im just starting to work out again. Hopefully i can fill out these baggy skin arms in time.

Lots of whey Protein Shakes, you'll be fine. It's not uncommon to lose some muscle in the first few weeks, but your muscles do have a memory and will rebuild relatively easily.

Hey thanks for the reply i just got off the road with trans am i couldnt hack it as a driver of a big rig, didnt help that i scraped two poles and a stop sign with my trailer and blew 2 tires and bent a rim all in one go. But at least im off the road and can concentrate on working out, stay safe man.

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

        Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
