Fiddleman 4,376 Posted September 29, 2012 I have not been using MFP, but do journal every day. I write down things like 1, weight 2. energy level 3. pain level 4. Vitamins taken and at what times 5. food eaten including stats about Protein, calories and carb amounts. I also note the time it is eaten. 6. Water consumed including info about ounces and time 7. Activities including info about type, distance and approx calories burned. 8. Prescription meds taken 9. General notes I found that this tracking helped me stay the course and also to get an appreciation of good days, bad days and patterns.
