Wel I started off w/chocolatechip Cookies this morn. I started prayin&thinkin & prayin&thinkin & things turned around. I got my lazy butt up off the couch & did Wii Fit for 10minutes. Not much but it's a start. I've been in a slump but w/ God Im goin 2 get thru this long life battle of wt issues! After praying I haven't thought of food much today. Thanking God for helping me with mind on food issues.

GOD is Able!!!

Praying is helpful but so is believing in yourself. Start working on your liquid intake, the more Water you drink it helps with hunger. Get off the couch, march in place, turn on some music and dance and chart your food with something like myfitnesspal.com
