Jld2375 11 Posted September 27, 2012 Wel I started off w/chocolatechip Cookies this morn. I started prayin&thinkin & prayin&thinkin & things turned around. I got my lazy butt up off the couch & did Wii Fit for 10minutes. Not much but it's a start. I've been in a slump but w/ God Im goin 2 get thru this long life battle of wt issues! MinaT 669 Posted September 27, 2012 Praying is helpful but so is believing in yourself. Start working on your liquid intake, the more Water you drink it helps with hunger.
