after you have WLS - the rule is you NEVER drink anything with your meal for the rest of your life - this is a BIGGEE

raise your right hand in the air and say after me ...........

i will never, ever, ever drink with my meals - i will always wait at least 1/2 hr - 1 hour after my meal before i eat again
