They usually say two weeks off of work. I think I would have needed three (I wasn't working, had mine during my summer vacation!). Don't know if being 15 makes a difference. It is a big change. Good luck to you!

What procedure are you having done?

I had the sleeve and went back to work 1 week after surgery.
