I don't have surgery until next week, but I've been doing Water aerobics in preparation. Between the pre-pre-op diet, pre-op diet, and knowing that I'll be able to keep it off this time, I shrunk out of my bathing suit bottom!

I finished the routine with one hand around my waistband. Not giving up yet.

:D same thing happened with my top! Dove into pool and had to pull my top up before resurfacing!!! Horrible ;) lol!!!
