Angela324 13 Posted September 26, 2012 I minced along on a small chili all afternoon today&finished it by 3:00. Is that too much food. I also had about 1/3 C egg eaters for bfast&1/4 C of chicken for supper. Also had a SF pudding cup in late afternoon. I figure all of is soft. Thanks, everyone! FatGirlSlim 115 Posted September 27, 2012 I still can not eat a whole cup of chili from Wendys..although it is my favorite out food to eat and it does well on my tummy!!! Sounds like you are doing great!
TamaraS 235 Posted September 27, 2012 the nutritionist told me not to have Beans until after three months out. Did your surgeon give you a list of the foods you can have at different stages? I know there is a lot of different opinions depending on the surgeon!
Angela324 13 Posted September 27, 2012 Thanks to both of you for replying! No one mentioned Beans as being bad, but no one said they were ok either. I've sent an email to my Nut to ask her. Thanks! I kind of wish it wasn't so easy for me to eat so much! I think I'm really going to have to watch--which I'm trying to do 1 kmwheel reacted to this
suegirl 109 Posted September 27, 2012 As a matter fact, my nutritionist YESTERDAY.... fifteen days out, Beans, refried or pureed, are fine... after a month, they are fine cooked normally.... of course she did say that meat is a no no until one month out though.. so chili is out for me until then...
