Im wondering what exercises I can do that target hips and thighs. I had a csection so Im really wanting to focus on that area. I do zumba 5 days a week and Water aerobics 2 times a week.

squats, squats, squats, climb real stairs in groups of 2, hatha yoga that focuses on legs and thighs, BICYCLE!

I have been doing Muay Thai which works everything. My core hasn't been this strong in years. I have also had a c section.
